Abstract
The African Evaluation Association (AfrEA) held its Third Conference in CapeTown, South Africa, on December 1-4, 2004. The conference was attended by 479 people from 61 countries, of which 47 were in Africa. Around 250 participants also attended the 10 pre-conference professional development workshops held on 29-30 November.
