Abstract
The mountain-valley circulation in one of the deepest valleys in the world, the Kali Gandaki Valley in western Nepal was studied by an instrumented motorglider. As favorable time between the monsoon periods, the months of January and February 1985 have been selected for measurements of the 3D temperature, humidity, and windfield along the valley axis.
