Abstract
....For reasons of cost and personnel limitations the flight tests should be effected with light aeroplanes and sailplanes... The first big project..undertaken with the equipment..the entire flight testing .... is going to be recorded. When this has been completed it will be possible to state the possibilities, limitatioins and costs of this equipment.
