Abstract

To solve reasoning robustness issues due to external interferences in decision-making system, random disturbance reasoning model (RDRM) was proposed. Based on concept of  divergence, the statistical correlations and their dissimilarities between input variables and disturbances were induced, thus their overlapping effect was revealed with derived stability criterion of RDRM.  divergence monotonicity of the convex interference was proved with convex combination principles of the empirical knowledge. CBR/RBR fusion reasoning solution of RDRM was obtained with dynamically adapted parameters and confidence level based on robust thresholds. To degrade the disturbance magnitude estimated by the system gain, disturbance reduction strategies were established with covariance matrix of specific input information, leading to enhance its anti-interference capability of RDRM. The dataset of human factors was adopted on simulation manufacturing platform with two kinds of external interference, to execute reasoning process of remote decision-making. Anti-interference capability of RDRM was verified with ROC curves.
