Abstract

This article considers leadership in ministry as a reflective practice in order to examine the need to become adept in transformational sensibilities with particular empathetic keenness in these challenging times of emotional and spiritual brokenness. Leadership, in the context of religious praxis, is examined conceptually to consider the institutional and public aspects of roles impacting relational interactions, behaviors, and spiritual discernment.
