Abstract

The author's belief is that finding models of shared authority are deeply rooted in a theological understand that we are called to participate with a power reater than ourselves whom I call God and with one another. In this relationshal context, we can embody the radical message of caring for all. Perhaps this model can aid us in ministry to serve more fully.
