Teaching Children of Poverty (TCOP), a peer-reviewed Internet journal published by the Francis Marion University Center of Excellence to Prepare Teachers of Children of Poverty, is a forum for articles, guest editorials, annotated bibliographies or other appropriate submissions. TCOP welcomes manuscripts for consideration that address significant public and educational policy initiatives and other issues related to the nature and improvement of practice and effective strategies for teaching children of poverty.
