Abstract


The capitalization experiences built on development projects and programs in West Africa show the links between innovation and capitalizing on experience in a broad sense, including methodologies and practices. Thanks to the knowledge mobilized and lessons learned, these organizations develop their resources, their inter-institutional linkages, their organization and procedures as well as their own methodology and strategic leadership.
