Focus and Scope

The Pink Voice is to help other youth feel comfortable with themselves by giving them tips and advice. Information given to girls by girls. Information about fashion, entertainment, social issues, drugs, love, and art. Our journal will feature stories, articles, opinions, and pictures. It will also give information about the transition from elementary school to high school.

Section Policies

Poetry

	We accept all forms of poetry such as free verse, haiku, sonnet, and etc. Submissions can be in any language. Poems can be on any topic.

	This section will compare fashion that looks good and fashion that does not. Articles will look at unisex fashions.

	This section should include stories that are non-fictional or fictional that include learning about life's little miracles and learning to enjoy life to the fullest.

Continuing Story

	A continuous story would be interesting because every story that gets edited pulls you a little closer to the climax. I love continuous stories. A continuing story about our age group would be good because it gives an example of what you have to go through when you start highschool.

	This section welcomes stories about peer pressure that teenagers experience or stuff that you think you just can't get through. The stories can be unresolved, or also about how you were able to get through the problem or situation.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides open access to all of it content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Such access is associated with increased readership and increased citation of an author's work. For more information on this approach, see the Public Knowledge Project, which has designed this system to improve the scholarly and public quality of research, and which freely distributes the journal system as well as other software to support the open access publishing of scholarly resources.
