These principles and tools guide entrepreneurs to transform their business to the next level of success and profitability by exploiting practical solutions adopted by Fortune 100 companies. Instructors introduce students to the principles and tools and then assign teams of students to work on the cases. Students play the role of the company's entrepreneur in making long term profitable decisions and to avoid self-defeating patterns.Downloads
